The Ascension Series features two distinct models, each engineered to deliver unparalleled performance: the Velocity SL and the Stratos 70.
The Velocity SL is a powerhouse of precision, designed for those who demand razor-sharp turns and explosive acceleration on the slopes. With its superior edge control and responsiveness, the Velocity SL is the ultimate tool for slalom racers and advanced skiers looking to carve out their best lines.
The Stratos 70 is the ultimate carving ski. It delivers Word Cup precision with an all-mountain radius for advanced and expert skiers looking to carve hard without working hard. Its foundation is the increased responsiveness and maneuverability of M1 Skis' proprietary Monobloque™ construction, delivering precision turns and a smoother ride.
Exclusive Features
Each pair of Ascension Series skis features a stunning raw aluminum finish, presented in its purest form, “as machined.” This unadorned aesthetic showcases the precision engineering and machining in every ski. The skis will proudly bear limited edition Ascension Series badging, signifying their unique place in our inaugural lineup.
To further underscore their exclusivity, each ski will be individually etched with a serial number and unit number, allowing owners to know exactly which pair they possess—one of a select few in existence. Owners will also have the opportunity to receive a private orientation session with the founders of M1 Skis in Colorado, offering an exclusive chance to connect with the minds behind the innovation.
As a collector’s item, each pair will include a piece of M1 history: the “First Chips” memorabilia, a unique memento from the very first cuts made during the robotic machining process. In addition, the skis come with M1 ski straps, designed to keep your gear secure while adding a touch of style. Finally, the Ascension Series skis come equipped with Tyrolia Freeflex 14 GW bindings. Tyrolia Freeflex ST 16 bindings will be available for an additional charge.
