Reservation Terms and Conditions

By placing a Pre-order Deposit of $500 (USD) ("Deposit"), the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-order Deposit: The Customer acknowledges that the payment of the Deposit serves as acceptance of this Agreement, thereby securing the purchase of M1 Skis ("Ski"). The total purchase price of the Ski is $4,995 (USD).

2. Delivery Date: The Seller agrees to ship the Ski to the Customer by December 31, 2024 ("Delivery Date"), subject to any unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond the Seller's control.

3. Remaining Payment: When the Ski is ready to ship, Seller will contact the Customer via email to arrange shipping method and payment of the balance of the order. Upon invoicing the Customer authorizes Seller to transact the remaining balance of $4,495 (USD) plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges with the Customer’s payment information.

4. Cancellation: Upon receiving the final invoice for the balance due, customer has five (5) business days to provide the balance payment and complete the transaction. After this time, the customer forfeits his/her reservation.

5. Refunds & Returns: At M1 Skis, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. While we do not offer returns or refunds, our commitment to your satisfaction remains our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will work closely with you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience. Your trust means everything to us, and we are here to support you.

6. Seller's Right to Cancel: In the event that the Seller is unable to fulfill the order and ship the Ski by the Delivery Date due to circumstances beyond its control, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this Agreement and refund the Deposit to the Customer in full.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Customer acknowledges that by placing the Deposit, they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
