Waitlist Terms and Conditions
By placing a Waitlist Deposit of $100 (USD) (“Deposit”), the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Waitlist Deposit:
The Customer acknowledges that the payment of the Deposit serves as acceptance of this Agreement, securing their spot on the M1 Skis waitlist (“Waitlist”). The Deposit is fully refundable at any time upon the Customer’s request. The final purchase price for M1 Skis will be published at a future date.
Target Release Date:
M1 Skis is targeting a general release for the 2025-2026 ski season. Please note that the actual delivery date may vary and is subject to change.
Remaining Payment:
When the Ski is available for purchase, M1 Skis will contact the Customer via email to provide pricing, shipping details, and instructions for completing the remaining payment. Upon invoicing, the Customer authorizes M1 Skis to transact the remaining balance, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges, with the Customer’s payment information. The Customer may request a refund of their Deposit if they decide not to proceed with the purchase.
Cancellation:
Upon receiving the final invoice, the Customer will have five (5) business days to complete the remaining balance payment. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in forfeiture of their place on the Waitlist. The Deposit remains fully refundable if the Customer chooses to cancel prior to making the remaining payment.
Refunds & Returns:
At M1 Skis, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. While we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is finalized, our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will work closely with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience. Your trust means everything to us, and we are here to support you.
Seller’s Right to Cancel:
In the event that M1 Skis is unable to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond its control, M1 Skis reserves the right to cancel this Agreement and refund the Deposit to the Customer in full.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Customer acknowledges that by placing the Deposit, they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the refundable nature of the Deposit, and agree to be bound by them.
